the arch is a methodology for building AI-native revenue infrastructure inside companies in transition. i start by observing how the revenue team actually works: where reps stall, where managers coach from instinct instead of data, where pipeline quality breaks down. then i rebuild the systems underneath them across three layers: pipeline intelligence, field activation, and performance management. calibration happens live with the team as each system ships. and the handoff is the whole point. everything i build is designed to run without me. the arch is not a training program or an advisory engagement. it is infrastructure your team walks through and operates on the other side.
